What do you need?

The ability to get out of bed in the morning and where does that come from? There is only one source and that is your I AM Presence. You can say you need food for energy but actually you don’t. You need food to rebuild the body. There are nutrients the physical body and other bodies need for regular functioning.

Now I have been thinking about this quite a bit because I have been listening to some people who know what they are talking about in physical terms and according to them, you need an alkaline body because no disease can grow in an alkaline body. This is true as far as it goes. I think about myself and I do break a few of those physical rules.

On the other hand I call forth a lot of Light and I have come to the conclusion that Light is alkaline. In the body it seems to be. If you bless your food and visualise the blessing and accept it as happening, then you have really blessed your food and the Light infilling it will turn it into the best possible outcome though perhaps not 100%. There may be 10% of negativity left.

That is a whole lot better than taking on 100% of the garbage. I feel that the Light can literally overcome and replace everything. All you need to do is command it to happen and visualise it the best you can. If you are sincere, the visualisation will take on a life of its own. That is the beauty of visualising, it expands and grows as you work with it.

The trap is to fall into the hole and not believe it. That path leads to death. To believe and give leads to Life. So all you need is the energy from your I AM Presence and then you multiply it and send it back to your Presence and the Presence will multiply it and send it back to you and it is forever multiplying.

Light is self-luminous intelligent energy, just think about that – Light has intelligence and is intelligence and is self-aware, so Light is the Source of all creation. It has been written in Teachings from many years ago, that after you have served the Light faithfully for some time, the Light will turn around and serve you.

Wouldn’t you like that – well I’m sure the Light would enjoy that as well and so would the Ascended Masters. The Masters really need people to offer themselves to them because they do not have a physical body anymore. It is far easier to affect the physical if you are in the physical.
