Timely! Letter and Video Presentation from the President of TSL and CUT
Dear fellow Aussies and Kiwi’s,
This letter and video of a recent staff meeting by Valerie McBride president of TSL and CUT is the first of what promises to be a new series of communications to let you know what’s happening at our beloved Inner Retreat and headquarters. Valerie announces a new five member management team which happens to include two Aussies, Susie Shimmin and Steven Webb (the new director of publishing). Valerie also unveils the new organization chart. Please pray for Valerie, the board of directors, spiritual director David Drye and the new management team. They have a big job ahead of them and they need our support.

There is much happening at The Summit Lighthouse!
At a recent staff meeting I unveiled our new goal-focused organizational chart and introduced our new directors in key areas of the organization.
I was so excited to show this to my staff that I felt I should also share the news with you as well. You will gain a better understanding of the inner workings of the organization you support.
This is the first time I have shared a staff meeting with our world-wide organization! I plan on sending you monthly video chats to keep you informed about the positive changes that are taking place so that you can be an important part of our positive growth and change.
