The use of decreeing slowly

Not everyone can decree at 100 miles an hour especially when they first come into the Teachings and are in fact almost brand new. These people should only decree at a pace that suits them. The benefits of decreeing slowly are that you penetrate into the lower levels of the energy and this is something that always needs to be done. As you progress, you will find that your decrees are at first, getting stronger and then even faster.

The decree itself, because it is the words of the Master, has the Master’s electronic Presence embodied within it. So as you start to decree with the CD or tape you have the amplified power of everybody on the tape, the Messenger, the Master whose decree it is, to support you as you begin to give the decree. The Masters always reinforce those who are giving their decrees. You may not know it but through that decree you have access to a special portion of the Master’s Causal Body, which the master has allowed.

Of course decreeing is a huge topic, as is breathing etc. The decree is a special formula which the Master has endowed the decree with. It is like the Body and Blood of Jesus in the communion. So the Master allows you to access a portion of Himself and as you give the decree, the Master watches over you to see how you use His/Her energy. This is not an unusual situation. Saint Germain has allowed people who have listened to a certain dictation he gave to invoke his mantle over them for thirty days.

He has said, it is not His whole mantle and he would look at how His energy is being used and He has the right to take that portion back if you misuse it. Still as far as I know the Masters, they tend to give you more than the benefit of the doubt, so to speak. The Masters do not look at the human and so they plight their troth with the soul and the Holy Christ Self of the individual. The Masters do know all those who are coming to the Teachings for they have known them for a long time, over many lifetimes.

So, in a sense , they bring you to them while you think you are finding them. They lead you through various pathways while you think you are leading your own Life. They know you and love you long before you become aware of them, so they are your best friends as well as your Holy Christ Self.
