The necessity of the Guru – the love of the Guru for the Chela

Have you ever thought who your guru is? It changes as you move along on the path. Should you apprentice yourself to a guru? I believe so. Choose one who you think of as your guru. You probably have an affinity with one or more Masters. After many embodiments, one would expect this.

The Masters need chelas, they need physical bodies. They can influence, by radiation, people in embodiment. The density of the population is the problem, possibly even for some of the best servants. If the student cannot feel the Master around him or her, then he is blinded to them in a sense. Saint Germain has said the Masters are tangible though not at the level you can see them but tangible nonetheless. Tangibility is more like a feeling of the nearness of the Master. This nearness is like a long-lost friend whom you know even though it seems you cannot know.

The necessity of the guru – is it a necessity? In today’s world , the answer rings more clearly than ever before – yes. The guru is necessary. The understanding of what is right and what is wrong is clarified by the guru. It seems that under the tutelage of a guru, your own sense of right and wrong increases or at least your awareness of what is right and wrong for you increases. This does not alter what is right and wrong for others.

The Truth seems to increase – it is like there is Truth and there is more definition of truth. Truth is found in everything though perhaps not as much truth as there might be. At each level there is more to learn until you pass through into a higher Truth. You move up in spirals. That is my best attempt to describe.

It is , in a way like describing nirvana. Nirvana, like the Holy Spirit is everywhere and it is up to you to discover it. Even simple words are there for you to discover and it stands out in your mind and you wonder why it never hit you before. These things are important as they build your awareness of who you are. As you become aware of who you are you change and become more. You cannot stay in one place. Movement is the definition of Life, Light and Love. Stagnation even in a little bit is really death. You learn, you grow until you become and you learn, you grow until you become.

That is what learning is, it is practising until you become something more and it all happens when you are ready for it. It cannot happen until you are ready for it. It is like learning the piano, you practice and then as you become the music you grow in the music. The music then teaches you as you learn and practice then grow. Everything is your teacher, if you become aware of it. No one is alone. All is Life, Love and Free.
