The Monstrance on the Altar

Statement from the Spiritual Director and the Ministerial Advisory Committee May 15, 2014 and in agreement with a previous statement from the Ministerial Council June 30, 2006

The monstrance does it work as it sits on the altar. The messenger has said it is the silent sentinel. The monstrance at the high altar in King Arthur’s Court was occasionally held by the messenger following the conclusion of a special service. However as the Ministerial Council stated in their June 30, 2006 letter to ministers, the monstrance is not held or used by anyone at the altar in King Arthur’s Court or in our teaching centers or study groups around the world.

The Board of Directors and the congregation can make the calls for the messenger to use the monstrance at the altar at inner levels. Mother also gave the instruction that the sword could be swung by swordsmen and ministers as an additional means to deal with energy.

The messenger has explained that all of our battles through the ages have been won at the altar. With the monstrance, armies can be turned away. She says, “I would show to you the sign of the monstrance that shows to you that in yourself the body of the living Christ is present and that in the living witness in the incarnate Word, is that light of the body and the blood.”

Mother said that we can meditate upon the monstrance and enter into it. She has said “You are the living monstrance—the body of the Lord Christ.”
