The Holy of Holies

A good way to start an article could be with a question. Do you understand what the Holy of Holies is? Dictionary definition is (The Holy of Holies was constructed as a perfect cube. It contained only the Ark of the Covenant.) So do you know now what the Holy of Holies is? It is really the spark of The I AM Presence in each of us, in the secret chamber of the heart. This was known as the Holy of Holies in the Old Testament. In more recent time we have the ark of the covenant in the movie ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’.

I suppose we may not have made the connection before – I know I haven’t. WOW! we have the ark of the covenant in our heart! Oh God you are so magnificent! Holiness unto the Lord! If people knew that they had the Holy of Holies inside them, it would probably help a lot of people and then there are those who would rebel. Perhaps it would bring the judgment down upon them as well, selectively and individually .

There are a lot of things that people take for granted – beautiful sunrises and sunsets for instance. They become something they have seen too long and it is only after you look at them with new eyes that you see the beauty that was always there behind the veil. Unfortunately, the veil is self-imposed. We, the people, have been conned too long by looking at the illusory world instead of reality. Television is great for unreality and the trick is to realise it, which may be hard if you come home tired after a long day’s work and then crash on the sofa.

Thank God for the Teachings of the Ascended Masters. The Holy of Holies has probably been trying to reach you for so long. I’m reminded of something I heard that God contacts people three times in this life. If you miss one and another through not paying attention or through slothfulness you still have a chance to improve yourself so you can get the third time. I’m unsure whether each time is more difficult to catch on to. I know I was helped more than i knew at the time when I was much younger. I would have drowned about age 6 without the help of the angels.

Think back on your life – sometimes it’s a good thing to do, a little reflection. I know about age 7 I was laying on my bed and I started to imagine infinity. Well, actually I was thinking about heaven and it is supposed to go on forever and I tried to imagine it. Well it literally blew my mind. I just shut down I think. Such a mind-blowing concept. Had they taught about the Holy of Holies, it may have had the same effect.
