The Fire in the Heart
There are four main paths of yoga – The exercises for the physical body. Jnana yoga for the mental body, bhakti yoga for the emotional body and Raja yoga for the etheric body. There are other yogas which have come down through the ages and most are an interweaving of one or two paths.
This brings to mind a song that was popular some years ago now – ‘So Many Paths’ – There are so many paths up the mountain, nobody knows all the ways.’ Anyway, as mentioned earlier, there are many paths, almost as many as there are people. The path of Kriya yoga may be familiar to some and this was brought to the western world through the sponsorship of Babaji, who is an unascended ascended Master.
More about Babaji can be found on YouTube. The Ascended Masters have, through Saint Germain, brought the violet flame to the masses of the Western World. It was thought that this would be a faster way to cut through the spine around which the tentacles of karma have entwined themselves. So as Kriya Yogis sought to untangle the tentacles thread by thread. the Masters have sought to just have the violet flame burn through and around the spine and consume the tentacles that way.
This then leads to the Flame in the Heart, for as the student starts to unwind the tentacles around him/her self, the flame in the heart can start to shine more earnestly. As the student becomes aware if this, they can amplify this through making calls specifically for the Flame in the Heart to intensify, amplify and expand.
This then enables the Flame to make itself known to the unwary student. The Flame just wants to be loved and return that love and amplify it, for that is its reason for being, to be love in action. The Flame says to you “Be not afraid to love me for there is your greatest comfort.” Can you love your Threefold Flame?
Love is what enables this Flame to become Master of this world. There is a useful exercise in the first book of the Climb the Highest Mountain series. The exercise is to visualise and feel the yellow flame starting beneath the feet and rising up through the body and out through the crown chakra at the head.
I felt this helped me to understand some of the concepts in that book, At first it was somewhat of a struggle but as I did the exercise every day, I made my way through the book far easier than when I started it. The Yellow Plume of Understanding is an integral part of the Threefold Flame and if they are in balance only then can they spin and become the resurrection flame and the Ascension Flame.
You are your own best friend and your own worst enemy. Only you can decide which way you take. The path back to God or the other way
