The Benefit of Repetition

Is repetition beneficial? I would have to say yes, especially in decrees and really anything. It is not just repetition if you pay attention and  improve each time – that expands your ability. Just doing something over and over unconsciously does create a rut and is not a practical way to get to your I AM Presence. Here the key is consciously. If you do it consciously you shall overcome as long as you keep to the Light!

The repetition of the Tube of Light, let’s say, at first you need to learn the words and the words themselves have power, so just saying them does help even without full concentration. Of course, the more you visualise and feel it, the more it becomes a reality for you. Some people say it is just rote but in fact, they are wrong. For, in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God and without the Word was not anything made that was made.

So the Word is important and so is your use of the Word. The Word is alive and only by intoning the Word can you say that you are alive for as you give forth the Word, it expands in you, slowly at first, like a seed springing to life! The Word is Life and therefore gives Life. Life is energy, mind, consciousness. What is this consciousness? It is basically everything that exists, that which you feel Life to be. You can only become aware of it by being conscious of it. Awareness and being conscious are basically the same thing.

Mindfulness is another word that is coming into prominence now and it is similar to awareness which is being conscious. Saint Germain says, You cannot know a thing until you put your attention on that thing. If you do not pay attention to your garden it would most probably die. The same if you paid no attention to your child. Too much attention in this plane is sometimes not that beneficial for the human loves attention to the death of the soul.

Attention to your I AM Presence, which being Spirit, draws forth the Spirit into your world and fills you at first only a little, since you need to make space for the I AM Presence to enter. The same if you put your attention on an Ascended Master – you cannot absorb too much of the Master until you make room by letting go of something in exchange for the Light you receive. The reason we need the Ascended Masters is that they can help us because they have been where we are and they are uniquely prepared to understand from the human as well as the divine.

So, if you give decrees for a particular thing or situation, the more you give it and let it go, the more the Master is able to help you, for you have shown you are willing to make the attempt. No one can help you if you are not willing to make an attempt. Then you are like the unprofitable servant who buried his coin in the dirt. We need to desire to lift ourselves out of the mess we have created and we need to seek the help of the Masters who can then lead us to our Holy Christ Self and our I AM Presence.
