•SU2011 Information  FlyerAndrew reported that the layout has been changed.  Joy reported via email that she has contacted Mark Chaplin and the original artist who is willing to assist us again with the flyer.  Joy has sent him the approved text and is waiting to hear back from him.  It should be ready by the second week in August.  We require a paper copy to hand out to people.  We need to contact people in the broader community.

Tax free status assessment

Marie suggested that we could go to the Senator about the tax free status.  Our submission would not be formal because of the time for submissions closed on Friday 18th June 2010.  SPR did not put forward a submission.  SPR has an ABN from the Tax Office.  We have charity status which we need to protect.  We need to pray for God’s will for charity status and make calls about this.  Robin will write a call sheet and send it out.

The proposed Public Benefits test includes:

a)There must be an identifiable benefit arising from the aims and activities of an entity

b)The benefit must be balanced against any detriment or harm

c)The benefit must be to the public or a significant section of the public and not merely to individuals with a material connection to the entity

SPR voting

•Robin will contact the Ranch to ensure they received the Trustees information and signed pledges

•Voting for SPR will stay as it is at present.

NNB Update

•What are God’s plans for NNB.  Marie reported that NNB are forming a topic committee open to KOF in Australia.  This committee will be working on the election process and structure.

•NNB want to receive our ideas about how we thing the voting process should be done.

•Could the larger community put this on their agenda for their community meetings?

•Ideas are to be sent to national@summitlighthouse.org.au – by 18th August 2010.

•As a group SPR need to spend time to think about voting techniques

•SPR will do research – it will be put on the agenda for the next meeting and discussed then

•Other separate committees for NNB will be formed at a later date

•NNB is not wiring a constitutions at this time as it may not be necessary

•NNB is a subcommittee.

Youth

•Youth retreat dates 12-16th January 2011 Youth 13 to 33 years are invited to attend.

•When Michaela sent an apology for the meeting she said that she and Katherine Dickie have not met up and Geoff reported that Katherine will be in the USA for several months.

Brisbane Study Group

•Geoff reported that July was very successful.  They are now holding a St Germain Service once a a month.  Healing Service once a week and hope to do the ICO in November

ICO outreach update

Follow ups

• Canberra  Marie reported that Canberra have now got five new people attending the Book Study Group since the ICO in May 2010

•PerthMary reported that 3-4 new people attended the ICO.  One has joined the Group on a Monday evening.  She has approximately eight people attending.  Mary shows  the Angel  videos and has the Heart, Head and Hand decrees.

• Donna reported that during the Freedom conference she attended the group meeting for ICO.

1300 Number

Marie reported we had 5 local calls; we don’t need to pay for these calls.  If people ring from a mobile phone we need to pay for the call.

•Could Study Groups make their payments please Melbourne & Sydney $90 for 12 months.  Smaller groups: Canberra, Wagga, Perth, Adelaide, TAS, QLD $30 for 12 months.

•Andrew will email out the bank account details so we can pay the money into SPR account.

Communications

Andrew reported on Facebook and twitter setup.  The registration code for the web site is tslrul3s.  At our next SPR meeting Andrew will go into more detail using Twitter and Facebook and the website so that SPR and KOF are able to become more familiar with these methods.  Geoff reported that Angie has a book study group on Skype.
