1. Finalising SU payment with HQ, do we need a minimum number to make a profit? Mario to forward a spread sheet to Mark at HQ. There are part time participants and full time participants. Estimate profit $3,000. Mario paid $1827 to The Ranch. The exact figures will be provided by Mario next time. Mario has advised these figures are incorrect. The bank balance is approximately $8,000 not $1,400.

2. Neroli and Peter’s visit is each group organised? We are organised. Melbourne would like to know how many days people will stay and when they may arrive. Glenda may come to Melbourne. Melbourne are thinking of moving their centre. Pick ups may be organised along with the offer of petrol money. There are not many places to stay. Two people might share a room. In Adelaide there will be three services on the weekend.

3. STC Room Items The cupboard has been purchased. Cost $480.00. It has a lock installed, mirrors, shelving and two drawers, it is really, really good. We need a little table for Neroli. There has been two donations of sheets. Sydney will be paying electricity, water. SPR agreed upon:- $60 for doonas for Peter & Neroli…….Plus $30 for doona covers……… total: $90

4. Thoughts on SU 2013: We could have had a better venue if we had decided a lot earlier. Being so close to Christmas and January, the venues are booked well ahead. Glenda was talking about Glenbarr with Peter who suggested we should be arranging for SU2014 this year.

We should have already booked SU2013. We needed to vote 2-3 years in advance on where we are going to have SU. We have to check with Neroli and Peter as to when they can come. Email them so they do not have to give an answer straight away.

Melbourne and Sydney would submit proposals. The Timeline is proposals to be with SPR on or before 10th June 2013. Photographs and website are good but if people can go there too. One of the two proposals Joy may have is very accessible and Neroli and Peter can have a look. Ideally the venues would have no minimum number. We had 25 last SU at Glenbarr in Adelaide. Sydney may have more people.

5. Timeframe 2014 SU2014 would be 12 January to 19th January 2014. Timeframe would be to get the proposals in by September October, 2012 that is the next time Neroli and Peter come. Whoever has a proposal can show it to Neroli and Peter. SPR needs to vote as well. SU 2012 proposals came in June 2011.

So the groups can tell us what they want, and SPR gets the groups input, the groups need to look at the proposals and give their answers. The date for SU 2013 proposals to be in to SPR is on or before 10th June 2012. Melbourne has MBS that weekend.

SPR next meeting will be Sunday 17th June 2012. We will send out the proposals to the community. Depending on which proposal is better it will be Melbourne or Sydney. For example we had one from Arabri but the dates did not work out. The final say comes back to SPR with the votes from our local groups. Proposals need to be with SPR before the 10th June 2012. Sydney Teaching Centre and Melbourne Study Group need to get community feedback for the SPR Sunday 17th June 2012 meeting. A final decision could be made on 17th June 2012.

Mary will send an email to the ranch and look at the topics. SU 2013 Proposals in by 10th June and meeting on 17th June for SU 2013 * (Dates 13th Jan – 20th Jan 2013) SU 2014*Proposals in by 9th Sept for SU 2014 and meeting on 9th Sept* (Dates 12th Jan – 19th Jan 2014)

Sydney will not be doing the Divine Mother this year, maybe next year.

6. Youth Retreat Michaela suggested it will be before or after SU 2013 and SU 2014. Michaela will talk to Brenda and Tim and Mark and get back to us at the June 17th meeting. There will be a meeting with Neroli and Peter in the morning that they are in Melbourne.

3. 1300 number Michaela will send some money for Melbourne, Glenda will send some from Adelalde, same from Jenny. 4. IT and Mailouts Leave the IT and Mailouts for now. 5. No other items 6.
