Saturday Snippet @ MTC

Pruning the roses, raking the last of the autumn leaves, clipping back the overgrowth and cleaning away the cobwebs are some of happenings the folk at MTC took on in preparation for the first day of winter tomorrow.

Equally busy was the Board, meeting today to discuss strategic planning and structuring outreach options amongst many, many other items on the agenda.

Having many hands on deck at the Centre proved fruitful with two new guests visiting in the late afternoon, one a first timer and the other popping in to purchase a book after visiting previously for the first time over twelve months ago.  Needless to say, afternoon tea with delicious, yummy cake and responding to countless questions provided our guests with nourishment on many levels.  Both left satisfied, books in hand journeying down our well manicured garden pathway.
