Repetition

You have heard it said, necessity is the Mother of invention for if you have a need you will strive to bring it into your environment, your world. Also, it can be said that repetition is a close second, for without the repetition of doing it as well as you can and always improving, it will not happen. If you stop doing it, the repetition is interrupted. To accomplish something you will need to start and keep at it until it is finished.

Many times we have started things throughout the centuries and stopped before it manifested. Why is this? Perhaps better to ask, how did this come about? Was it because we forgot? Did we know better before and something distracted us? Perhaps all or any of these things. Now we have the opportunity of opportunities. We can start with one decree or one meditation and determine to give it until we feel we have mastered it.

This is where the value of repetition comes in. You give let’s say, the meditation once and then you miss a day, because someone came to take you out. The next day you have to start from scratch again, if you manage to do that. So you determine that by God’s grace, you will give this meditation at a time you will not get distracted. With new wind in your sails, you work through the meditation.

The next day you give the meditation again and you repeat this pattern for 21 days. Now you look back and see you have a small momentum. You keep going and start to expand your practice with new ideas that come to you. This is the reward for the repetition but it isn’t really repetition because the whole thing is changing and after giving the meditation for 6 months, you look back and see how many extra steps have been inserted and some have been removed.

The meditation has changed and so have you. You could do this with anything as long as you give of yourself to it. Look at the sun, it rises and sets, day after day. What if it forgot to rise one day? That would be different. Could you go into your heart and become the sun of your system? That is what you are meant to do. Become the sun of your own system so you are not dependent upon anyone else only on your I AM Presence.

Then the magic happens.
