More about the four lower bodies

The thing about how these bodies interact is that the soul needs to be the driver. These individual bodies, when they act thusly instead of under the control of the soul, they become indeed as petty tyrants. Each body wants what it wants and does not care about the good of the complete person.  If the soul does not hold tight the reins, the emotional body will run off with the prize, for the thoughts and the memories want what they want as well but the emotional body is larger and has more energy.

So now, the soul has two runaway bodies – the thoughts and the emotions. It as if you are adrift on an ocean of desire and there is no helmsman. What about the memories which is another body? The emotions are probably using them as justification for its own schemes. So the soul now has three runaway bodies and it is hard to overcome all three bodies under the control of the desires.

So what is the soul to do? For one, it just needs to sit and calm itself as best it can. The emotions and the memories and thoughts will send all sorts of messages but the soul needs to ignore them and breathe slowly, as slowly as possible, one – one thousand – two – one thousand etc. If you, the soul, can sustain your being on one breath and just hold it, the thoughts will tend to abate as will the memories.

The emotions may struggle for a bit as you pull them in to the calm. Just keep breathing as slowly as you can and know you can control these bodies all by God’s grace.

These bodies were given to you to use as you desired to bring in the Kingdom of God on earth. It was never intended that these bodies would take over and put you in prison in the seat of the soul chakra. As the soul you need to take control of these bodies. You can call to your Holy Christ Self, to take command of these bodies and only give them enough energy for the things they are meant to do.

You may not know how but your Holy Christ Self does, He is the Master of the 4 o’clock line as El Morya states in the 10/4 axis clearance. Your Holy Christ Self will help you to hold the balance if you ask him to. This, I have found, is a very useful tool so you can begin to get some perspective. Remember, each time you feel disturbed call to your Holy Christ Self to take command and develop a partnership with Him.

He only wants to help you to overcome and ascend to your Father in Heaven. He is your best friend. Why do you not be friends with him? Just ask. The answer is always ‘Yes’ if you are serious.
