Light and the Light body

Apparently, Saint Germain in Alchemy, says there are Light Atoms

There are physical atoms and light atoms. We must learn to work with both. Quote:

I AM here! I AM Saint Germain! And I come close to the physical atoms in my penetration and in the velocity of my light-atoms. I draw nigh to your heartbeat, and I make your heart beat in consonance with my own that is attuned to the heart of God in the Great Central Sun. Light atoms are accelerated atoms – in the penetration and in the velocity of my light-atoms.

There is also an Ascended Master Light Body and there is also the Deathless Solar Body are these similar? Sounds like they are. So how to get more Light? As Lanello said in a Dictation in 1983, “Eat Light and leave the rest!” I wondered about that – did he mean eat the light in the food and leave the rest? How do you do that? Well, bless the food for a start. In a dictation Saint Germain said  – (It is in Heart Meditation 2) that he ate the diet of the Eastern Adepts and light started to come through His body and he took steps to dull his body so as not to attract attention.

Jesus absorbed Light into His Body to enable Him to walk upon the water, remembering that His daily foods were simple foods, not the heavy chemicals we have in some of our foods. Still, brown rice along with some seaweed or white radish grated and chewed well until it becomes liquid, puts less stress on the digestive system and over time will detox the body and allow it to absorb more Light.

You know you can invoke your Ascended Master Light body and then you have in the decree The Ascended Master who I shall be and who I AM already. What does that mean? It means your atoms  are accelerated and your vibration is higher due to the Light going out from your body into your aura and out into the universe.

In the I AM books there is mentioned Ascended Master Light Substance with which you can rebuild your body and it is karma free. What is the Deathless Solar body? Solar from soul/sol – the sun. What makes anything deathless/immortal? Light! It is only Deathless because it has no mortality in it as all energy in it has been replaced with Light. So it is the Soul’s body full of Light and only Light. So there is a Light body and since you are only Light you need to incorporate it into your body, Physical, mental, emotional and etheric.
