Kabbalah
A word unknown to some but well known to some others. Kabbalah – from Wikipedia –
Kabbalah is an esoteric method, discipline and school of thought in Jewish mysticism The definition of Kabbalah varies according to the tradition and aims of those following it, from its origin in medieval Judaism to its later adaptations in Western esotericism . Jewish Kabbalah is a set of esoteric teachings meant to explain the relationship between the unchanging, eternal God—the mysterious and the mortal, finite universe. It forms the foundation of mystical religious interpretations within Judaism.
If you think of the mysterious Ein Sof as Brahman in Hinduism it becomes less mysterious. It is basically the God outside of the created universe. So, now to the Kabbalah. How did it come into being? In the Kabbalah they teach that Ein Sof wanted to create similar to the Vedic teachings – In the beginning God said “Let there be Light” and there was Light. In like manner, Ein Sof separated Light from Himself so he could create. That was called a sephiroth which was a portion of Ein Sof’s light encased in a chiffon carapace.
Ein Sof created 10 Sephiroth which were the tools for Ein Sof to use. Also Ein Sof knew we would need these sephiroth to get back to Him. The sephiroth are all different, all giving, all receiving, all balanced and all moving. Nothing in Ein Sof’s creation is still, it is all alive and thus moving. The first Sephiroth Ein Sof created was Keter. Keter desired to go back to Ein Sof but as we see , then there would be no creation.
Ein Sof created Keter with carapace around it and the other sephiroth were inside Keter each in its own carapace and none could get back to Keter and Ein Sof. Keter in front was separated from Ein Sof but the back part of Keter was Ein Sof. Ein Sof created 3 columns – the first column, equilibrium or balance for Ein Sof above all requires balance and seeks balance all the time. We know this as harmony and the Ascended Masters are always talking about maintaining harmony.

There you see Keter which is positive existence and the back part is Ein Sof which is negative existence for it is not in manifestation.
Hokhmah is the Will to create similar to the throat chakra which is related to the Will of God and it is also undifferentiated wisdom. Without the Will nothing happens. Hokhmah also has all the ideas of creation. Binah is the doer of the Sephiroth and has all the practical bits for manifestation. Binah and Hokhmah meet in a place called Da’ath it is not a Sephiroth and is like the secret chamber of the heart.
From this joining together of Binah and Hokhmah, Binah emanates the other seven sephiroth – Hesed – Mercy, Gevurah – Judgment, Tiferet – Beauty. Netzach – Victory, Hod – Majesty and both Netzach and Hod are prophecy. Yesod – foundation and Malkhut – kingdom. There you have a quick synopsis of the kabbalah. By God’s grace.
