Instruction on Adding the Word “Australia” to Decree 7.32 Protect Our Youth.

We wanted to give some instruction for when you are giving Decree 7.32 Protect Our Youth and you want to add the word “Australia” to the second last line which says “In America and the World.” We have heard it given in Australia as “America, Australia and the World.”

While we do recognize the profound need to call for the youth of Australia, the problem with this change is that it significantly alters the rhythm of the decree. Our Messenger Mark Prophet was very clear about the importance of the rhythm of any decree and in later years our messenger and Mother of the Flame gave instruction about not adding words to a decree such as the name of a nation when it would alter the rhythm.

We feel that a better way to meet the need would be to simply substitute the word “Australia” for “America.” This keeps the rhythm unchanged. Therefore to include both America and Australia, a good way to do it would be to alternate America (3x) and Australia (3x).
