How to contact the I AM Presence

The ways are numerous and it is more the will to try. As Saint Germain said TRY is Theos, Rule and You. I know Yoda, in one of the Star Wars movies – Empire Strikes Back, I believe, said try – no try – just do. Regardless of that, you still have to attempt. In the I AM  books, quite a few of the Masters have said continuous attunement with your I AM Presence does not mean you need to think about your I AM Presence 24 hours a day.

It means if you think of your I AM Presence for 10 mins, you do nothing but think of your I AM Presence for that period of time. It will become so enjoyable that you will want to spend more time doing that but that is not what we are here for. You do need to contact your I AM Presence at least once per day though because then your I AM Presence comes closer to you and is there with you as you go about your day. Mark Prophet said what he does in one lecture I heard is that there is a point up above you about 6inches to a foot above your head.

That is where you can contact your Presence. If you put your attention there and wait for a minute and see what you feel. If you feel your Presence, then move into it and see what you can see. My own experience started out just meditating and making calls on the dweller and I wanted to get rid of this lack of self worth  that was sitting there. After some weeks of making theses calls, i Looked and there was a breastplate of self worth there.

So from then on I put on the breastplate of self worth every morning even up until today. I would say as I put on the breastplate of self worth, ‘God in me is worthy and therefore I AM Worthy’  and from the very first time I did that I was worthy. It was such a good feeling. Then the meditation took on a life of its own. I would notice things and include them. Sometimes I even felt people coming to look at how I was doing this. I thought to myself, I’m not doing that much really.

The really wonderful thing is that the meditation takes on a feeling of reality and it transports you close to samadhi and if you wish you can take it further. We do have the work we need to be doing here as well. The wonderful thing about contacting your I am Presence is that will empower your decrees more because you will be able to call to your Presence to give the decrees through you and just allow it. That is all, just allow it. You need to invite the Presence in otherwise the Presence will not enter.
