This is a big topic! Everyone possibly needs to be in better health. Even if you think you are in reasonable health – who are you listening to? You need to listen to your own body. How is it feeling? You are in charge, so you have to decide. The Lord, the Mighty I AM Presence has provided so many varied cures for everything that ails you. Before you say anything, just at least, listen. I know of a person who was cured of cancer because she did not want the current flavour of the month.

There are modalities and sometimes you just need to know where to find the things. Maria Treben’s Health through God’s Pharmacy is a marvellous place to start. You can try juicing. Dr Walker had marvellous books in the 80’s and there are books available on ebay and amazon. There are also ayurvedic medicine and macrobiotic diets available if you look around. There is a lot of help if you look around. You do need to look after your own health because each person is different and what might work for one might work for hundreds but it may not work for you. We are all individuals and I think this affect our bodily well being as well.

Of course, in my opinion, The first point of call should be your own Mighty I AM Presence and speak to the Presence  as if it was real – because it is. You can talk to it, you can get reliable answers and Saint Germain has the Presence has never made an error – it just is not possible. Your I AM Presence is the go to for Everything. You do have the presence in the threefold flame in your heart as well. The Presence is everywhere and so are you – I AM everywhere in the consciousness of God is a statement of truth and verifiable if you stick with it. Of course if you give it once and stop – you only have yourself to blame.

That is true all the time – you only have yourself to blame. The only reason you have an issue is because you attracted it to yourself via your subconscious mind. El Morya has said “You set it all up. You get sick and you feel weak and you cannot go to work or decree but you put this in motion somewhere in time and now you are reaping the benefit of what you set in motion. No one is responsible for you BUT you. Scary – perhaps. Though YOU can do something about it. If you cannot think what you can do. Make a call to the Masters, ask for help.

You would be amazed how much they want to help you even if you have been exceedingly foolish and totally stupid. Make the call – ask for help! It works and it works fast.
