Harmony

What is harmony? Most people understand that harmony is calm and peace. What needs to be at peace to have harmony? The water body, the astral body or commonly known as your feelings, your emotions. Many name for the same thing. If you look at the word emotion and break it up  you get  e – energy in motion – emotion. Which energy ? Your largest body is your water body, your astral body or your emotional body.

If you didn’t know you had four lower bodies – they are your physical body, your mental body, your emotional body and your memory body. You probably thought your emotions get riled up by what someone does to you and they do seem to but why? Could it possibly be because your emotional body is your largest body and generally it is the first body you come in contact with when you meet anyone and it is also the first body they come in contact with?

So, to my mind then, your emotional body is about 3 feet in width and being water, if it gets ruffled and you stay with it and feed it, then that body can take over your life and take you with it. You also need to keep control of your thoughts but to me the emotions are more important to control because if your emotions are on a roller coaster ride can you feel at peace? If your thoughts are running around in your head can you feel at peace?

The emotions will feed the thoughts if you let them. Then they go away with your whole attention and that which you didn’t want to happen is upon you. To save yourself more anguish, turn to God, ask for forgiveness for using His energy in such a terrible manner and ask Him to restore harmony to your emotions. For that is what harmony is – your energy is at peace and your solar plexus is at peace. Everything is calm once again.

You have seen a ship in rough seas, well that is sort of what your emotions are like when they are not peaceful. They are after all the water body in your 4 lower bodies and the mental is the air body, the memory is the fire body and the physical is the earth body. Earth, Air, Fire and Water – God gave you a body for each of the forces in Alchemy. The four beasts in the book of Revelation are related to Fire, Air , Water and Earth.
