Happiness as the Rising Sun
What is happiness? Is it money? Is it the ability to go anywhere you want on earth? What is it? All these things might not prevent you from being happy, it all depends how attached you are to those things. Attachment eventually leads to sadness and then to misery. No happiness is that certain something in the air on a fantastic day – no, even that is not it. I t can add to your happiness but it isn’t happiness.
Saint Germain said there was a way to increase your happiness and he said this method would also increase your consciousness. So you stand, run your hands over the outside of your body and then shake that substance you have removed from you into the violet flame around you. Reach up to your I AM Presence and say ‘ Mighty I AM Presence, Give me your Happiness.’ Then feel it coming into your arms and move it through you. This definitely increases your happiness. Actually anything you ask your I AM Presence for builds and builds as you keep requesting it. You build a momentum.
The sun is a source of happiness. You welcome the Holy Spirit of the sun into every organ of your physical body, your four lower bodies and allow it to warm you, then give thanks. There are so many ways to generate happiness and all the ones I know of come from your I AM Presence or the Ascended Masters. Those ones that happen on certain days where the feeling is just magical, those can add to your happiness if you remember to draw them into yourself.
Happiness is your natural state and you had to work hard to get rid of it, so just let all those little things that steal your happiness from you, just allow them to go into the flame and fill yourself with happiness. You probably will not feel this that intensely the first time you do it but as you do it more and more you build the feeling into a raging torrent of happiness. Who has ever heard of a raging torrent of happiness? Keep on doing it.
‘Nothing comes from nothing – nothing ever could’ from Sound of Music. Even God builds one feeling at a time, Elohim start as little elementals who have to carry a sliver of light to become a flower on an apple tree. If they drop it , they go back and get some more light until they succeed. Then they get to look after a tree. They do not become an Elohim at once. It takes practice. The same as it does for you. Of course if you do nothing, then that is what you get.
