Emotional turmoil

This term is a name for something that unfortunately happens a lot on this planet. Most people think of it as thought even though that is only a vehicle for the emotions. This is the crux of how this situation came about and then grew ever larger until it even encompassed the earth. For with the emotions seeking to manipulate the pure energies of the I AM Presence and the thoughts fighting for that right as well, not forgetting the memories, the scene was set for a disaster.

Thankfully, it did not actually come about thanks to Sanat Kumara who came to hold the balance for the planet. Hail O Sanat Kumara! Without that intercession the planet would have disappeared from manifestation. Still, as it happens you have now a chance to recover your balance. Meaning you, as the soul, need to escape the clutches of the dweller, the emotions, thoughts and memories.

Meditation on the breath and slowing the breathing down will help to calm the four lower bodies. Invoking the violet Fire and the Tube of Light will allow you a respite from the arrows coming from outside. This is done like this –

Beloved I AM Presence Bright     Round me seal your Tube of Light

From Ascended Master flame      Called forth now in God’s own name

Let it keep my temple free            From all discord sent to me

I AM calling forth Violet Fire         To blaze and transmute all desire

Keeping on in Freedom’s name     Till I AM one with the Violet Flame.

This is read from left to right and if you can visualise it as you say it, it will intensify that Tube of Light and as you give it more and more it will manifest for you as you see it. So there are things you can do to free yourself as the soul who is the master of these four lower bodies, or at least is supposed to be the master of these four lower bodies.

Just think about it. As you say this and see it, there is a Tube of Light 3 feet in diameter forming around you. It is a filigree wisp at first. As you focus your attention on it, it becomes somewhat thicker and your words feed it as well. For your words are cups of Light and Light is what all creation is made out of. In the beginning God said ‘Let there be Light!’ And there was Light.

Still, you, as the soul, need to be vigilant and let not your thoughts run riot and especially not the emotions and let not the memories revolve around in your mind. There is the 6.04 decree which names all perversions on the twelve lines of the clock as well as their remedies. This is very useful to give every day.
