Decrees for Violet Flame Multiplication

Dear Keepers of the Flame in Australia,
I thought that you might be interested in this approved list of which decrees are violet flame and which are not. There is some confusion at times about this. Also even though the rosary and Kuan Yin mantras release the violet flame, they do not count for the dispensation of the multiplication of the 15 minutes of violet flame.
