Changing the Course of the River Many people say that one can abstain from such thing as homosexuality, but one cannot change one’s nature. The angels in heaven would disagree with this statement. Change is always possible—indeed change is the transcending message of heaven.

And in these times, the use of the violet flame and other spiritual tools makes it so much easier to change. Many men and women have left habits such as homosexuality behind and gained their liberation. Wherever we are on the Path, this is where we begin our walk with God. It is simply a matter of changing the course of the river. Energies that flow within us carve deep river beds. When we habitually express a particular use of sexual energy, such as homosexuality, we are carving a deep pattern within us, and our energy tends to flow in that channel we have created.

If we are going to close off one channel and open up another, we must be patient with ourselves. We have to understand and have patience for the soul who is evolving. We must never condemn but attempt to move forward on that path of self-mastery. You can use the violet flame and the science of the spoken Word to help change the course of the river and to create new channels of flow of the energies of life. You can fill in the old riverbeds with violet flame.
